Wir haben die Zähne mit einer Beschichtung verstärkt, um sicherzustellen, dass sie Hitze und Oxidation widerstehen. Damit kannst du gerade Schnitte in dünnem Blech erzielen - immer und immer wieder.
Das PRO Metal thin T121GFC Stichsägeblatt besteht aus BI-Metall: Es verfügt über eine Zahnleiste aus Schnellarbeitsstahl (HSS) mit einer Aluminium-Titan-Nitrid-Beschichtung (AlTiN), die für gute Haltbarkeit und Stabilität mit einem Körper aus Kohlenstoffstahl (HCS) verbunden ist. Die Zahngeometrie - stark gefräste, gewellte Zähne - sowie der konische Körper des Blatts und die dünne Schnittfuge, sorgen für einen gleichmäßigen Schnitt. Schneide damit dünne Bleche mit einer Dicke zwischen 0,5 und 1,5 mm.
