Produktbeschreibung:
Der Forstnerbohrer besitzt eine hervorragende Lebensdauer beim Bohren von Präzisionslöchern.
Das zahnförmige Design sorgt für weniger Reibung und Hitze, woraus sich eine höhere Haltbarkeit ergibt.
Die kurze Zentrierspitze des Präzisionsbohrers hat zwei Hauptschnittkanten und eine Peripherschnittkante (zahnförmig) für exakte Ergebnisse.
Durch die großen spänefreien Zonen, die einen optimierten Späneabtransport ermöglichen, wird die Schnellbohrpräzision des Bohrers weiter unterstützt.
Er ermöglicht ein glattes, splitterfreies Bohren von Blindlöchern sowie das Bohren an Kanten und Schrägen, z. B. für die Befestigung von Scharnieren, das Dübeln oder Entfernen von Astlöchern.
Für das Bohren in Weich- oder Hartholz, Furnierholz und nicht laminierte Spanplatte.
Er ist für alle Bohrer (Bohrschrauber, Standbohrmaschinen) mit 10-mm-Spannfutter geeignet.
Der 3-seitige Schaft des Forstnerbohrers verhindert ein Durchdrehen im Spannfutter.
Er ist gemäß DIN 7483G hergestellt, mit einer Schneidenhärte von mindestens 50 HRC.
